SSD Nodes is a VPS platform, and this server is highly reliable. We are using it and we have created tickets using it, we haven’t faced any problem as they are addressed accurately. Its speed is praiseworthy as it provides an extraordinarily fast speed and its price is quite cheap and to our surprise, it is like a gift in a very cheap rate. Navigation is obvious from opening account to website setup we hardly have faced any hardship otherwise it went so smooth. There should be a limit on network firewalls which it lacks and secondly, its customer service is very poor. Full of unprofessional people having zero knowledge of the software and simply failed in resolving our issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We went through tough times since my server's configuration was a bit complex, and I had to install a specific analytical software that was not compatible with the existing Debian operating systems built-in and offered in their system.
But the real deal was when their support personnel stayed along with me helping me make it work, knowing that it is not under their line of duty, but they still managed to get me the correct technical info to adjust the configuration of my softwarer and all went smooth.

As of now - nothing. I am in the midway of slowly moving my web applications from other server companies to SSD Nodes now. However, to mention, there are not much fancy features for managing the servers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have been using their VPS for two years, and despite repeatedly reporting serious network issues (where the server would go down after reboots or the network interface would disconnect automatically), the problem was never permanently fixed. I raised the issue with their support team 6-7 times, and every time they claimed it was resolved, but the problem kept recurring. Their support team never followed through with any effective solutions or even proper communication. If you value your business and uptime, it's better to spend a bit more for reliable service elsewhere. SSDNodes is not worth the risk. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I'm delighted to review SSDNodes. I've been using them for my small business for about four years now and wouldn't consider any other provider. The pricing is fantastic. The support is excellent. A bit more:
The compute is great - I've only had two performance problems in my entire time with them and they were able to migrate me to a less utilized server quickly.
Storage is up to par - read/writes can be considered 'mainstream,' it doesn't scream but it's by no means slow.
Networking is outstanding - they are well peered and I've never had any troubles with quota.
I REALLY like saving dollars by using IPv6 only. Fantastic option. Easy enough to throw an overlay network on top of it and keep on.

Had to think about this one. I guess if I were to suggest any change, it'd be options for different compute, RAM, storage ratios. Most of my apps require TONS of RAM but not so much storage, so some waste is included. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thier reasonable prices are based on pre-paying years in advance. That is OK until three years later when they automatically renew for another 3 years with NO ADVANCE NOTIFICATION.
